Top O' The Mornin'

My true love sits in a forest glade
In the springtime's golden light,
The flowers dance in the gentle breeze
And the warm sun shines so bright.
And of all the flowers in the forest
And all the trees that do abound,
The ones that please my heart the most
Are green the whole year 'round.
Green the whole year 'round,
Green the whole year 'round.
The holly, yew, and the ivy tree,
Are green the whole year 'round.
Here is an Irish toast for anyone who is so inclined tonight:
"May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you’re dead."

(Don't worry, I'm not finished with the renovations saga - but even I need a break now and then. Have you ever noticed how life isn't always catagorized nicely? Well neither is my blog. Above lyrics by Celtic Woman - "Green the Whole Year 'Round")
